As an experienced , but fairly average fly fisherman I was kern to ensure fishing in Rotorua was memorable so enlisted Ray as my guide. It was the best thing I could have done. Ray’s local knowledge gained from a lifetime of fishing the area and his calm and patient temperament is the perfect mix. He made sure he put me in the right spot every time with the right fly, resulting in 7 fish for the morning, including the 3 biggest trout I have ever caught. He’s a great bloke to spend time with and brilliant at what he does. Thanks for a fantastic morning of fishing that I will remember for a long time!
