POLICY OF OUR FISHING CHARTERS
Our Crew at Titossportfishing Will Strive to give you the best possible service and at the same time make every effort to insure your trip is both enjoyable and successful.
Titos sportfishing reserves the right to make changes as is necessary to insure that all of our customers are able to participate in a fishing charter on the day of their scheduled reservation. Titos sportfishing will only guarantee boat exclusivity on exclusive charters. Titos sportfishing requests that all trips are confirmed with a 50% deposit at the time of the reservation, no exceptions. The remaining balance is due in full at the time of check-in.

Balance due on the day of your trip departure. If a cancellation is made by the customer the deposit its 100% not refunded back to the client . the customer will be billed the remaining balance of the cost of the charter plus catering and add-ons .
The boat has mechanical issues that avoids departure and no replacement is provided on time or you don’t agree with the provided replacement your money its not refundable that wil be a act of cancellation on the part of the customer 100% none refundable .
If the weather on the day of your charter is too dangerous to go out to sea (Large Craft Warning, Named Storm, Gale Warnings, etc…) and the Captain of the port cancels the trip there will be no charge. we will re-scheduled your fishing trip to a different day , If you the customer cancels because you perceive the weather will be bad, and the port Captain does not agree you will be charged the 50% deposit. Small craft warnings do not apply to our size vessel & weather forecast seen on television are not considered a reliable source for sea conditions in our industry
Our charters are considered “rain or Shine” fishing charters. We do not cancel because of the threat of rain or actual rain showers on the day of your charter. Here in cabo san lucas , it rains ones a year . The old saying down here is… “If you don’t like the weather, just wait ten minutes”. When do we cancel for weather
Our Captains have the right to terminate any charter if any customer on board our boat becomes verbally or physically abusive to any of our crew. Verbal insults and threats are taken seriously. If a customer continually insults or berates any of our crew members to the point that it becomes abusive, our Captains have strict instructions to return to port and instruct the abusers to get off the boat. Proper authorities will be called in if necessary such as Marine Police or local Police.
If you or any one in your group becomes abusive verbally or physically with any crew member to the point that your charter has to be terminated early you give up all rights to any refund of costs.
Remember our guys fish hundred’s of charters a year and are always doing their best to keep all of our customers safe while creating the best fishing experience that they can. Some days the fish just don’t bite or customers get sea sick on calm days, please remember the crew is doing the best they can for you.
Failures to pay your reservation in full, failure to check in at least 30 minutes prior to your departure, and the non-participation in a reserved activity are conditions which are considered a cancellation by you, the client, and will receive no refund. Being late and missing the departure of the boat you are scheduled to be on will be considered a non-participation of a reserved activity and will not be refunded.
By accepting the term of the cancellation of our policy with your deposit you agree to all term of the policy your givin up the rights to cancel your fishing trip .
• Sea sickness or motion sickness does not warrant a refund of all or any portion of your charter.
• All charters will depart during rainy, windy or wavy conditions unless its a 12ft wave , and it is the guide’s discretion if a trip should be shortened , Of course we would wish that every day could be calm seas and sunny skies, but all we may really do is hope for good weather and make the best of it
• The customer decide to come back in early for sea sickness or motion sickness you terminate the trip early not warrant a refund of all or any portion of your charter.
