Capt Scotty Roe Fishing Charters

Capt. Scotty Roe grew up in the Charlotte Harbor area, more specifically off of Spring Lake. During his childhood years, his father had shared knowledge of fishing. Capt. Scotty then took that knowledge even further. He took it so far that in 1996 he opened up his own charter business!
